How long should it take to dispatch and delivery my order?

If you are purchasing via direct deposit, cheque or money order processing can take up to 3 business days from the date you place your order.

Depending on your choice of delivery method it can be from 1 to 7 business days Normal Delivery 3-7 days: We use Australia Post eparcel and eparcel express to send most items.

Express : Next business day orders are delivered via Australia Air Express. Please note that daily cut off times for Next Day Delivery is 1pm Sharp.

How can I check when my order was posted?

As soon as your order is sent out, you will receive an email from us advising you that your order has been sent out. This email will also contain your order's unique “Tracking Number” and a link to track your order with the shipping carrier.

This allows you to check on the status and current location of your parcel.

Your order is marked as DISPATCHED on the evening after your address label has been printed. By this stage, it has normally already been collected by the carriers and on it's way. We are currently unable to track parcels between the point we print the label, and the time the courier makes the first scan at one of their depots.

Be sure to contact us if you are still unable to track your delivery with the courier by the date delivery is due.


What if I’m not home when the parcel arrives?

Currently, almost all of our items are sent via Australia Post. Although they are unable to phone ahead before a delivery is made, it's no problem if nobody is at home to sign for your item. In this situation, you will be carded advising you that an attempted delivery was made and that Australia Post will be holding the item for you.

This notification usually means that your parcel is waiting for you at your local post office; the card should have details about where you can take the card to make the pick-up.

If the Post Office has the parcel for a week or so with no response from the receiver, your parcel will be sent back to us Return to Sender (RTS). Please note that if your item is sent back to us a charge will be issued to you for redelivery

I’ve received the wrong product or a product is missing…What now?

From time to time us humans make mistakes…and we are sorry!

We will do the very best we can to fix any errors that we make..at no cost to you. Simply email us or call us asap and we will organize a replacement immediately.

My package arrived and it has been damaged in transit?

We take ultra exceptional care in packing your order. Unfortunately we can’t control what happens in transit. We do offer a $3.00 insurance fee for damage that may happen in transit. This covers you from mishaps and ensures you get your items in tip top condition.

Are you a genuine Ghd supplier?

We sure are!

Will you price match?

We certainly will price match any products you find cheaper elsewhere. Products found on other websites must qualify as a genuine article WE DO NOT price match fake/counterfeit items and any site that is not an Australian Retailer.

I don’t feel comfortable ordering online, can I order over the phone?

We pride ourselves in our customer service, questions answered, problems solved. Best of all you can talk to us.
